Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: €10 per order (including VAT).
• Bulky Goods (Freight Shipping):
  • Parcels weighing 31.00 kg or more: €50.
  • Bulky goods are clearly marked in the item description.

Delivery Times

• Within Germany: 3–7 business days after the conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment for advance payment orders).
• To Other European Countries: 5–14 business days.

📅 Important Notes:

• No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
• If you’ve ordered items with different delivery times, all items will typically be shipped together. In such cases, the longest delivery time applies, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
